Thanks for this Friday ritual. It's better than all my others which are daily: floss teeth, complete stretch and exercise routines, put drops in eyes every four hours, take all five meds, take supplements, drink at least 10 glasses of water, read book for bookclub, watch a Hallmark program instead of news before bed and take melatonin, don't eat after 8:00 PM, count carbs & fat, power off my laptop, phone and watch. Find time to do productive activities that I can reflect on Fridays. HAHAHA

For year I used to do an end of the week ABC’s ... Accomplishments (Work, Family, Self & Community) ... By-the-Ways (a lot of did you knows, changes, etc,) then Creatives ( creative ideas or actions at Work, Family, Self & Community)
Two things, I plan to use the new Citrin model for end of my week ritual ... more holistic and add the learning and emotional stands ... BIG THANKS for helping me surface an old good habit that was lost and now being resurfaced and IMPROVED ...
